SWOM Proxy aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Refunds will be considered in case of service downtime exceeding 48 hours.
- Contact support via Contact Page to request a refund.
- No refund for misuse or violation of terms.
- Renew panel payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
