SWOM Proxy aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refunds will be considered in case of service downtime exceeding 48 hours.
  • Contact support via Contact Page to request a refund.
  • No refund for misuse or violation of terms.
  • Renew panel payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
